On June 2nd, in the 66th Electronic Components and Technology Conference (ECTC), HUST Prof. Luo Xiaobing, co-dean of China-EU Institute for Clean and Renewable Energy and Deputy Dean of School of Energy and Power engineering, HUST was awarded Exceptional Technical Achievement Award of IEEE-CPMT.
Exceptional Technical Achievement Award of IEEE-CPMT is granted to award the individual who has made important inventions and contributions in the area of packing and manufacturing technology. Each year, only one person in the academic or industrial circle will be granted this award. The appraisal criteria include academic contribution and influence on the industrial circle etc. This year, Luo Xiaobing was granted this award for his research achievement in packaging(LED/IC) thermal management.
