On May 30th, HUST alumni and director of National Energy Administration Department of Electrical Safety Supervision Mr.Tong Guangyi and dean of Zhejiang Zhedian Electric Economic and Technological Research Institute Mrs. Zhang Hong visited ICARE. Mr. Tong Guangyi made an academic speech entitled "China's Energy Development and Reform" in ICARE building.

　　During the speech, Mr. Tong Guangyi introduced the status of energy development, energy development trends, " The 13th 5 years plan" China's energy development outlook and energy system reform. After the speech, Mr. Tong Guangyi had an in-depth exchange with teachers and students.
