On September 28th, 2015, Hubei Provincial Government granted “2015 Chime Bell Award” to 10 foreign experts who made outstanding contributions in Hubei. ICARE project coordinator Professor Didier MAYER was rewarded of this honor, European dean Michel Farine on behalf of Professor MAYER attended the ceremony and been awarded. Consuls and officials from French, American, UK and Korean consulate general in Wuhan, foreign experts representatives from foreign company and relative people were invited to participate in the event.

　　It is reported that, "Chime Bell Award" was established by Hubei provincial government in 1994, annually rewards to foreign experts who made outstanding contributions in the Hubei's economic construction and social development. So far, 235 foreign experts have been awarded.
