On December 8th,2017，Professor C.P.Wong,Dean of Engineering,The Chinese University of Hong Kong(CUHK)，Regents'Professor and the Charles Smithgall Institute-endowed Chair of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Tech (GT)，delivered a lecture on“Hybrid Nano Battery-supercapacitor Materials for Renewable Energy Storage Applications”.ICARE Associate Dean & Chinese Executive Director Mr.YI Hui,Prof.CHEN Mingxiang from School of Mechanical Science & Engineering，professors from HUST，as well as over 100 HUST students attended lecture.

Professor Wang introduced the application background，working principle，and material properties of the new energy storage power "Super capacitor",and his cutting-edge research data.

After the lecture, Professor Wang answered questions from teachers and students,introduced the members of his research team,and his research direction，and encouraged the teachers and students to continue the academic communication.
