On November 26, 2020, representatives of ICARE attended the last session of "Global Leaders Program: Globalisation in Higher Education& Staff Professional Development" jointly organized by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the University of Sydney. The theme of this session is the "English Website Development and Operation”.English Website Website Develop

During the training, Ms. Melanie, Regional Program Manager of the Global Engagement Office of the University of Sydney, and Ms. Kerry, Deputy Director of the Brand and Digital Engagement, respectively explained how to maximize the use of a website and other digital channels to promote international collaborations in the post epidemic era and the brand awareness & guidelines for university website operation. At the end of the training session, the two speakers conducted a group discussion and a Q&A interaction with the audience.

As one of the examples of English website management, ICARE is selected as the object of the case study. Our colleagues spoke on behalf of the group, combined with the knowledge learned in the course, pointed out the highlights and optimization space of ICARE English website.

The Professional Development Training Program is an international practical training opportunity elaborately created by the Office of International Affairs of the University. Through three days of online courses and interactive communication, the program has expanded college staff and teachers' horizons and enhanced international cooperation.
