近日，我院收到欧盟委员会关于“新一轮科研创新计划‘地平线2020（Horizon 2020）’”的邀请，欧盟希望能有更多的中国专家加入到Horizon 2020评审专家库中，作为将来项目评审等活动的评审专家。欢迎学院各位中方教授们积极参与到“Horizon 2020”计划中来。

附：“Horizon 2020” 专家库申报流程：

(1) You have to create a Participants Portal (ECAS account = European Commission Authentication Service). This is a secure login and passport for European Commission applications. You can create this portal from this location "create your Portal (ECAS) account. " They will ask you "Where are you from" and you can choose "EXTERNAL: partners, researchers, citizens"

(2) Once you have your Participants portal account you can enter the expert registration site, again choosing the "EXTERNAL" category/domain.
