可持续发展时代:城市和建筑的环境友好型过渡
主讲人：Christian BINÉTRUY
Christian BINÉTRUY先生现任教于巴黎-拉维莱特国立高等建筑设计学院。他有着丰富的城市建筑设计及规划经验，尤其在生态城市、绿色建筑领域贡献卓著。他从1983年起持续担任巴黎南部城市环境与建筑规划方面的顾问，并参与指导法国多个生态城市项目的规划设计，如法国奥贝维利埃市整体城市规划、阿让特伊市城市社区项目、巴黎艺术博物馆建筑材料评估等，并出版有基础设施建设著作《欧洲生态城市》。
讲座概要：
现今，为维护环境、资源和气候的稳定，须为我们有限的土地构想一种新的开发建设模式。即意味着在项目进入实施阶段之前，提前运用现有方法和模拟工具对能源消耗和建筑废料进行环境评估。本讲座将主要介绍这类新型开发模式在法国的实际应用，包括有：
一、管理和评估：城市绿色转型的方法论与生命周期研究法。
二、差异性的城市规划：可持续发展要求下，欧洲城市是如何各自达到节能减排的目的。
三、多样化的建筑设计：案例分析建筑师和作品，体会已融入建筑中的“可持续”元素。

and the environmental transition of cities and buildings
Christian BINÉTRUY：Architect – Urban planner, Lecturer in Paris-la-Vilette (École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris - la Villette). Mr BINETRUY is an expert in eco-building and eco-cities ("green construction"), and consultant in architecture, city planning and environment of French Department (in South of Paris) since 1983.
Abstract: Today, the question is to conceive alternative models of development for our territories in order to preserve the stability factors of our environment, resources and climate. This means adopting new concepts of development and construction and to identify, prior to implementation phase, the methods and simulation tools needed to assess the environmental impacts of our consumption and waste.
The conference aims to present the work pursued in Europe on these topics:
Ø Management and assessment methods for environment projects, planning and constructions.
Ø City planning differently: experimenting urban concepts in the field of “Sustainable Development”.
Ø Building differently : experimenting architectural concepts in the field of “Sustainable Development”.
