  ICARE 新能源讲座之:Chalcogenide thin film solar cells: state of the art and perspectives

  主题:硫系太阳能薄膜电池技术及发展前景

  主讲人:Deniel Lincot 法国国家科学研究中心的研究主任,太阳能光伏能源研究所主任,在国际刊物上发表论文220余篇。

  概要:硫系太阳能薄膜电池是利用碲化镉和铜铟镓硒(CIGS)可将太阳能薄膜电池效率分别提到17.3%和20.3%的薄膜电池。这方面的大型发展项目一直是国际研究的热点。这次报告将回顾这些技术的发展及演变历程,展示该技术工艺设备的发展水平,特别是铜铟镓硒(CIGS)的薄膜电池设备。同时也会论述吸收剂和缓冲层的问题,以增加电池的效率。报告中也会谈论在不同环境中的沉积方法,如从传统的高真空物理沉积到大气中的电沉积。

  Summary:

  Chalcogenide thin film solar cells, based on cadmium telluride and copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS) are giving the highest efficiencies in thin film solar cell technologies, with respectively 17.3 % and 20.3 %. Large scale developments are presently taking place. The presentation will recall the main characteristics of these technologies and their evolution as a function of time. The status of state of the art devices will be presented with a special focus on CIGS devices. Absorber and buffer layer issues will be dicussed in order to increase the efficiency of the cells. Deposition methods will also be discussed which range from classical high vacuum physical de position to atmospheric methods like electrodeposition. perspectives with new compounds like copper zinc tin selenide will be also presented as an alternative for the future large scale production stage.
