On April 28th morning, HUST vice president Chen Jianguo, deputy directors of International exchange center HU Ruimin and He Gang, International education school secretary Wang GongNan with vice deans Zhao Xiaofeng and Zhang Xiaodong, deputy director of personnel Qian Si, deputy director of graduate school Luo Min, deputy director of financial department Zhao Yi and education office assistant director Gao Yan came to ICARE to take stock of development situation.

　　Secretary of School of Energy and Power Engineering, Chen Gang, dean Yao Hong, ICARE deans Luo Xiaobing, Michel Farine and Chinese executive director Yi Hui attended the exchange meeting.

　　Dean Luo Xiaobing introduced ICARE institute’s background, current progress, development difficulties and put forward some solution proposals. Participants made discussions about institute specific issues.

　　Vice President Chen Jianguo said HUST will continue to promote open education and improve the level of education internationalization. Currently ICARE has basically achieved the main goal of development. ICARE should propose a specific and feasible solution before the end of the EU funding.
