On March 3^rd 2016, ICARE 4^th JMC (Joint Management Committee) meeting was successfully held in 210 conference room. Chinese members are director of HUST educational department of graduate school Liu Jinsong, ICARE Chinese dean Huang Shuhong, vice dean of energy and environment school of Southeast University Huang Yaji, assistant dean of materials and engineering school of Wuhan University of Technology Chen Wei, EU members areprofessor of University of ZaragozaAntonio VALERO, project coordinator&Paristechprofessor Didier MAYER, ICARE European dean Michel FARINE. Deputy Director of HUST International Cooperation Division He Gang, vice dean of energy school Yao Hong and LUO Xiao-bing, and Zhao Chunxia from Wuhan University of Technology materials and engineering school attended meeting as observes.

　　The meeting was hosted by director of University of Zaragoza energy and consumer research center, ICARE 4^th JMC member Professor Antonio VALERO. He introduced participants of JMC meeting. ICARE European dean Michel FARINE made 2015 work report, focused on the progress and problems in master education, vocational training, research and consulting, branding, international exchanges and other aspects.
