On the morning of April 19th, Delegation of Mr. Xu Tao, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges from the ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, Accompanied with Mr. Liu Ligang- director of the Division of International Cooperation and Exchanges from Hubei Provincial Department of Education visited ICARE. HUST Vice President Ms. Zhan Yiqing and other person in charge participated in the symposium. Mr. Liao Xiaofei, director of HUST International Exchange center presided the symposium.

  Mrs. Zhan Yiqing expressed her welcome to the delegation of Mr. Xu Tao. She thanked International Cooperation and Exchanges center of MOE for its long-term guidance and support, and introduced HUST international exchange and training work.

  Prof. Luo Xiaobing, Prof. Zou Xuecheng, and Prof. Liu Jiuming reported on their institute education and construction status.

  At the symposium, Mr. Xu Tao said that ICARE has become a model and benchmark for China-foreign co-operational education. He expressed their expectation for ICARE, and will strongly support ICARE’s continuing running.
