On October 21, 2021, the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Sino-French Cooperative Education Development Alliance was held in Beijing. Ms. Zhou Hui, Director of the Exchange Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Chinese Ministry of education, Mr.Tang Zhenfu, Director of the Academic Department of the China Education Association for International Exchange, and nearly 30 representatives of more than 10 Sino-French cooperative educational institutions participated in the meeting. Prof. Luo Xiaobing, Chinese Dean of ICARE, was invited to attend the meeting.

Prof. Luo Xiaobing introduced the construction and development of ICARE, and shared his thoughts and practices with other participants on issues such as high-quality certification of Sino-French cooperation in running schools, introduction of high-quality resources, international student enrollment and so on.

The Sino-French Cooperative Education Development Alliance was officially inaugurated and established in Beijing in 2019, with 18 members nationwide. The alliance organizes internal annual exchange seminars every year to strengthen exchanges and cooperation among Sino-French cooperative school running institutions.
