On April 21, the first administrative ability training meeting of ICARE was successfully held in conference room 210. The Vice Dean, Dr. Zou Mingqing and all administrative staff of ICARE attended the meeting.

Dr. Zou Mingqing first pointed out the basic professional qualities that administrative staff should possess by one quoting "morality and ability are right, so that they can win their duties. Words and writings can reach their meaning, so that they can be called articles". Then, he further elaborated on what official documents are, the common requirements of official document writing, and common official document writing. Finally, he placed his hopes on the administrative work of the ICARE,which is to establish an administrative team with a high sense of responsibility, high efficiency and high-level service.
