From April 28 to 29, the second Sino French Symposium on Higher Engineering Education was held in Dongguan. Prof. LUO Xiaobing the Chinese dean, Dr. ZOU Mingqing the vice dean, and Ms. LIU Yang, the director of Education Center attended the symposium online.

Prof. LUO Xiaobing gave a keynote report entitled "Exploration and Practice of International Talent Training Mode for Postgraduates of new energy discipline in the New Era". He said that the internationalization of graduate education is an inherent need for the higher education in the new era.
