On October 5, 2022, the Alumni Council of ICARE was officially established on the West Fifth floor. The representatives from the university, the School of Energy, the teachers, and the students witnessed this important moment.

Professor Luo Xiaobing, the Chinese dean of ICARE, and Dr. Zou Mingqing, the Vice Dean of ICARE presented appointment letters to each member of the council.

Professor Luo said, the establishment of the Alumni Council not only strengthened the relationship between the alumni and ICARE but also helped students to have a clearer understanding of their plans. Dr. Zou Ming Qing hoped that the alumni Council would become an important position for gathering the strength of alumni, and sharing knowledge and resources.
