On the afternoon of June 1, Ms. Chen Huiling, head of the IP Paris in China visited ICARE. Dr. Zou Mingqing, Deputy Dean, Ms. Liu Yang, Director of the Education Centre, and Ms. Xie Chunhua, Secretary of the Chinese Dean, warmly welcomed the visitor.

Dr. Zou briefly introduced ICARE and expressed the hope that both sides could take advantage of the new opportunities of "double carbon" and use the opportunity of resuming people-to-people exchanges between China and France to promote cooperation in areas such as teacher-student exchanges, internships and research projects.

Ms. Liu Yang and Ms. Xie Chunhua gave an overview of the history of cooperation between the IP Paris and ICARE and gave an outlook on the future cooperation between the two sides.

Ms. Chen introduced the CSC-IP Paris Programme and some typical higher education groups in France. Both sides exchanged views in depth and discussed the future exchange of faculty and students in the field of new energy.

In 2019, IP Paris was established by the alliance of five leading engineering schools in France. IP Paris is one of the best engineering universities in France and is ranked 48th in the QS World University Rankings 2023.
