This year, we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, as well as the 10th anniversary of the “China-France High-Level Dialogue Mechanism on People-To-People Exchanges”. ICARE aims to integrate high-quality resources, foster deeper cooperation between China and France, and facilitate the exchange of higher education and mutual learning between the two civilizations.
