依据华中科技大学《关于做好春季学期延期开学期间研究生教育教学工作的通知》，在疫情防控期间，为减少疫情对研究生学业及就业的影响，按照“推迟开学不停学”的工作要求，中欧能源学院具体工作安排如下：
一、课程安排
学院开设的专业课：暂定春季学期2-4月所有课程调整到7-8月进行补课，5-6月课程安排不变。待学校公布具体开学时间后，教育中心将及时联系欧方教师，协商确定7-8月具体课程授课时间，同时通知学生，做好开课前准备工作。
校级选修课：学校选课系统于2020年2月10日---2020年2月19日开放，教育中心通知所有学生，有需要选课的学生，请在此期间完成。选课结束后，督促学生密切关注所选课程是否开通了网上授课。如有学生本学期有课未选上，由教育中心做好记录，按照学校通知在学校正式开学后的两周内再进行补、退选工作。
二、日常管理
研究生工作办公室在各年级群通知学生完成“每日健康状况”填报，并由党支书督促落实。未按时填报的同学，进行摸排和了解情况。同时，密切关注留校学生、已在国外学习同学的身体状况和精神状态，做到有问题早发现，早解决。重点关注“特殊群体”、延毕学生的学业情况和心理状况，及时与导师、家长做好沟通。
各位兼职导师填报的每日健康状况，由兼职导师所在学院通知落实。
研究生如有学籍异动需求，请直接联系教育中心沟通。
学院加强疫情防护安全教育，注重挖掘战“疫”期间典型人物事迹，做好校内外的正面宣传，缓解学生压力。具体由学生工作办公室统一协调，以各班党支部为单位，通过开展观看战“疫”相关短片，采取“同上一堂思政课”等形式，加强对研究生群体的爱国荣校教育。动员党务中心、研究生会等学生组织，落实“三党员四群众”职责，自觉带领全院研究生开展学习、读书和研究活动，同时号召进行适当锻炼，注重心理健康。
春季学期助学金在正式开学办理完注册后，由学院在第一时间按照标准补发。部分确有困难的学生如有需要，可向学院研究生工作办公室辅导员提出申请，由研究生工作办公室统一上报至研究生院，研究生院将先行向这部分学生发放助学金。
就业工作方面，研究生工作办公室协助毕业生办理线上签约、违约手续，涉及到线下业务可帮助转接研究生就业办公室协调解决，或开学后办理。重点跟踪就业困难学生，积极联系意向企业，提升就业动机和履职能力。
总之，针对不同年级研究生下学期的工作重点，配合教育中心和科研中心，做好学生的相关情况调查与思想动员工作。确保开学前后学生整体心态积极、平稳过渡。
三、出国（境）学术交流
根据研究生院关于出国（境）管理规定，中欧能源学院赴欧4—6个月实习，暂定推迟至4月中旬开始。现岗位已经公布。计划4月初启动实习岗位资助评选，4月中旬陆续派出学生。
申请国际组织实习的同学，待正式开学后办理。
1月底收到牛津大学邮件，告知因疫情原因，牛津大学已在官网暂停HUST-OXFORD暑期夏令营实习生招募信息。待疫情解除后，再商议启动事宜。
四、导师指导和论文评审
研究生导师应通过电话、网络等多种方式与研究生保持密切联系，积极引导学生做好自身防护，平和心态，及时了解研究生的课程学习、科研、生活和思想动态，指导学生安心学业，注意强调不要提前返校。鼓励学生主动与导师沟通和汇报情况。
对研一学生，导师应给校外的同学提供文献阅读材料，指导研究生们进行文献阅读，为研究生正式开学后完成好个人培养计划的科研环节做好充分准备。
对研二学生，导师应加强对研究生论文开题、中期进展、文献综述撰写或实验计划等的远程指导。
对计划今年暑期毕业的研究生，导师应加大指导力度，可通过电话或网络等方式远程指导，协助研究生在家撰写论文，尽量如期完成学位论文。
五、答辩与毕业
中欧能源学院毕业学生暂定将在4月6日前完成毕业论文定稿并发教育中心。答辩工作由各导师所在实验室（院系）组织。毕业时间和学位审议工作将根据开学时间做相应调整，尽量不延迟毕业生的毕业时间。如遇疫情防控形势变化，再依据学校通知进一步调整。
六、网络办公
学校公布具体开学时间之前，采用网络办公方式。

Work Plan for the Delayed Start of the Spring Semester at ICARE
In order to reduce the impact of the epidemic on studies according to the HUST requirements, the specific work arrangements at ICARE as follows:
1. Courses arrangement
Courses opened by ICARE: all the courses scheduled from February to April in the timetable will be postponed and plan to make up the missed courses in July and August. As for the specific time for each course, the Education Centre will contact with European professors to decide, we will inform you once we receive further information.
Optional courses opened by HUST: the course selecting system will be opened from 10 February to 19 February, please select the courses during this period if you need, and pay attention to the information if the selected courses are organized to be the online-lectures or not.
2. Daily management
All the international students who are still in HUST campus should report their health condition every day as requested.
For the one who are off campus, DO NOT come back to HUST in advance.
3. Internship in Europe
According to the regulations of the Graduate School on the management of going abroad, the 4-6 months internship in Europe will be postponed in the middle of April. All the positions have been posted in the QQ group, ICARE plans to start the internship scholarship selection in early April, and send successful candidates to Europe in mid-April.
4. Tutoring
The supervisors should keep close contact with students through telephone, Internet and other ways, and we encourage you to take the initiative to communicate with your supervisors.
For the international students in the first year: supervisors should provide literature reading documents and help them well prepared for new semester.
For the international students in the second year: supervisors should strengthen their guidance, they can through telephone or internet to help graduate students write thesis at home.
5. Defense and graduation
The provisional deadline for thesis is 6 April. All the graduate students should finish the thesis and also submit to Education center before 6 April. The defense will be organized by your supervisor’s laboratory. The graduation date will be adjusted according to the start time of spring semester as HUST required.
6. Working time
Before HUST announces the confirmed opening time for the spring semester, we will work online.
