On June 13, Mr Jean-Jacques LE NORMENT, the Deputy Director of Brittany’s Economic Agency, the EU oceanic renewable energy market and related economic model expert, the Leader of Development of the Brest Harbor, and the Regional Coordinator of Oceanic Renewable Energy Resource Strategies and Operations, was invited to give a lecture on the “Marine renewable energies technologies, market and development” in the academic report lecture theater217 of the West Building No.5.

The lecture was amazing with the forward-looking and practical wide topics and areas. Our institute took this opportunity to require students to host the lecture in English all through. This not only enabled our students to learn the most advanced frontier scientific knowledge of this field in the world, but also provided conditions for practicing the listening and oral English proficiency of them and fostering their good temperament, mentality and abilities of language expression and communication.
