On October 11, Mr CHEN Linhao, Deputy-Director of International Coorperation Department of Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) and Mr LI Xin, Director of International Organizations and Conferences of MoST visited to our institute. Mr ZHANG Zhenlong, Deputy Director-General of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department (HBSTD), Mr WANG Jingju,Division Chief of International Cooperation Division of HBSTD, together with Mr GUO Song and Mr SUN Gang also attended the meeting.

At 10am, the meeting was held in the conference room 217 of West Building No.5 and hosted by Prof CHEN Jianguo, vice dean of Institute of Development of Science and Technology (IDST). On behalf of HUST, Prof CHEN Jianguo warmly welcome the visit of the officials. Then Mr CHEN Linhao delivered a passionate address, in which he gave high comment to HUST and relevant schools’ achievements. After Mr CHEN Linhao’s speech, Prof CHEN Jianguo made a work report. Prof HUANG Shuhong, the Chinese Dean of ICARE, also made a report. The participants praised our institute’s achivments, as well as the successful inauguration.

Accompanying the visit also includes Mr. XIA Song, the vice dean of IDST, Mr YI Hui, Chinese executive director of ICARE, and Prof ZHOU Ming, the vice dean of school of energy and power.
