The second session of “Listen to me” lecture series, provided by Mr. LI Zhitian, assistant to Research Center Director, was held on October 20th, 2017 in ICARE Conference hall.  With the theme of “Job hunting and interview skills”, this session attracted nearly 100 ICARE staff and students.At this session, Mr.LI Zhiltian talked about several issues of major importance in job hunting from company selecting to resume delivering, interview skills and carrer tips. Based on his own job-hunting experiences, Mr.LI also gave some valuable advices to students on matters that need more attention, like contract terms, salary structure, benefit packages and assessment system.

The students have benefited a lot from this lecture and gained more confidence in their future job hunting.
