With the invitation of the Deans’ Association of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation (DACC), Professor Luo Xiaobing, the Chinese Dean of ICARE, has attended a seminar in Hainan from 1^st to 3^rd March, 2021.

On the seminar, Professor Luo Xiaobing presented the current situation of ICARE, and interacted with other experts from various institutions on the challenges faced by the Chinese-Foreign cooperatively-run schools.

The conference is under the guidance of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education, hosted by DACC and Hainan University. Relevant leaders from the Department of Cross-border Education Quality Assurance, the Department of University Development and Planning, and the China Association for International Exchange of Education attended this meeting.
