ICARE held a series of sharing meetings for employment on May 12th and May 17th. The meeting adopted "Online + offline" mode, and nearly 100 students participated in this activity.

At 7:00 p.m. on May 12th, an employment experience sharing meeting was held in Room 214,West fifth floor.At the meeting, 6 graduates were invited to tell their experiences in the process of job hunting.

Mr. Liu Quancheng,combined with a comparison of various jobs, has shared how to choose when facing multiple offers.

Ms. Han Xueyang has shared her "smart moves" in the autumn recruitment, namely to use extra knowledge to broaden the scope of job hunting.

Mr. Ma Xingchen shared that in the process of job hunting, we should first think clearly about what we value most and what we can't accept,and then frankly accept the corresponding risks and defects.

Mr. Yu Haiyang has shared his experience in interview, information acquisition, resume making and interview preparation.

Mr. Huang Shouyu has shared his advises on how to reasonably allocate the time for scientific research and job-hunting preparation.

Finally, Mr. Ni Zhixian shared his advises on how and why to hunt a job crossing different directions.

At 7:00 p.m. on May 17th, a public servant experience sharing meeting was held in Room 214,West fifth floor. Mr. Li Xiaolin, Director of Grass-roots Service and Employment Management Office of HUST, brought us a rich report on this topic. At the meeting, he made a forward-looking and interpretation of the selection policy in combination with the relevant data, encouraging students to go to the grass-roots level to build up their careers.

Mr. Long Jun, Mr. Wang Binkai, and Mr. Li Meng shuang has shared their experience in preparing the selection.

All the alumni attended the sharing meeting in hope that students of ICARE can relax themself, fully exhibit who they really are, and everyone can get his/her dream offer.
