At the invitation of the School of Energy and Power Engineering, from July 18 to August 2, a team of European professors from ICARE opened an series of online classes on the theme of "International Vision and Global Competency", which gave an introductory tutorial on the field of renewable energy.

Together with seven other experts from various universities such as Mine Paris Tech,  National Technical University of Athens, University of Zaragoza, as so on, Seven thematic courses, namely "Hydrogen and Fuel Cells", "Wind Energy", "Energy Efficiency and Energy Storage", "Solar thermal Energy", "geothermal energy", "biomass" and "Solar photovoltaic", have been delivered to 30 undergraduate students from the School of Energy, which has brought them exciting online learning experience.

The courses have been taught online in English, with teaching model combining with team discussion, tests and oral presentations. Through the two weeks of courses, students not only have increased their knowledge on renewable energy but also started communication with international professors, which expanded the understanding of the energy field of international cutting-edge knowledge and enhanced the cognition to the diversified renewable energy application prospect.
