On April 28, 2024, a delegation from Hainan University visited ICARE for an investigation. The delegation included Nan Guofang, the secretary of the Party Committee, Sun Peng, the vice dean of the International Business School, Zhang Xianfeng, the vice dean of the HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College, and Wu Yuanyuan, the vice dean of the School of Information and Communication Engineering.

Both sides introduced their respective school-running characteristics, faculty and training features, discussed and exchanged views on talent cultivation, social practice, foreign affairs cooperation, platform construction, and financial mechanisms.

During the visit, the Hainan University delegation also learned about the cultural construction of ICARE.
