On July 6, ICARE took a significant step forward in school-enterprise collaboration by partnering with CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute. The two organizations engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation and joint student development, culminating in the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum. Attending the signing ceremony were Deputy General Manager Wen Yuliang and Director Luo Wenguang from CRRC, alongside ICARE's Chinese Dean Prof. Luo Xiaobing and Vice Dean Dr. Zou Mingqing.
