On July 6, ICARE took a significant step forward in school-enterprise collaboration by partnering with CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute. The two organizations engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation and joint student development, culminating in the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum. Attending the signing ceremony were Deputy General Manager Wen Yuliang and Director Luo Wenguang from CRRC, alongside ICARE's Chinese Dean Prof. Luo Xiaobing and Vice Dean Dr. Zou Mingqing.
Dr. Zou Mingqing provided a comprehensive overview of the institute, detailing its educational content, curriculum system, and research platforms. He emphasized that ICARE is dedicated to advancing global clean energy development, education, and humanistic exchanges, as well as enhancing the international influence of China's higher education.
