Recently, as the executing entity, ICARE facilitated the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) and National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). HUST President You Zheng and NTUA President Ioannis K. Chatjigeorgiou signed the agreement on behalf of their respective universities. According to the terms of the agreement, both parties will engage in extensive cooperation in areas such as scientific research, learning and teaching activities, student-faculty exchanges, joint/Double Degrees, based on their shared concerns about the advancement of education and academia.

National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), one of the important partners of ICARE, has engaged in numerous practical collaborations with us in recent years in areas such as talent cultivation and scientific research, achieving abundant results. Both sides hope to take this opportunity of renewing the agreement to further promote the deepening and solidification of cooperation between the two universities, create more branded exchange programs, and to promote Sino-Greek cultural and people-to-people exchanges and advance global educational development.
