On September 8, Chemical Society Reviews, a leading international review journal of the Royal Society of Chemistry, published online a review article titled A Six-Dimensional Framework for Water Splitting Electrocatalysts: From Intrinsic Activity to Practical Performance. The work was completed by the research team led by ICARE Chinese supervisor Professor Wang Deli from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

Huazhong University of Science & Technology is the sole institutional affiliation and corresponding-author institution for this work. Doctoral candidates Li Yu’an and Li Huiying from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering are co-first authors, and Professor Wang Deli is the corresponding author. This research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and the Project of the Base for Introducing Talents of Discipline to Advanced Energy Chemistry and Devices.
