The research team led by Prof. Tang Jiang and Prof. Luo Jiajun (School of Optical and Electronic Information, Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics), both Chinese supervisors at ICARE, has made advances in all-vacuum perovskite light-emitting materials and monolithically integrated microdisplays. The findings have been published in the international journals Science Advances and Advanced Materials. The studies examine high-performance thermally evaporated perovskite light-emitting devices, their monolithic integration with CMOS microdisplays, and the in-situ fabrication of pure-bromide blue-emitting quantum dots.

The research was supported by the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Innovation Project of Optics Valley Laboratory.
